Share your work

Share your new Wardley Map with select people or the entire web. Here's a quick overview how to share.

Publish to the web

You can make your Wardley Map public on the web.

Click Share at the top right of the page.
In the General access section, select Public.
Your Wardley Map will instantly become public.
Copy the map link next to the map title to share your page with anyone, whether they use Mapkeep or not.

With your Wardley Map now public, you can grant access to other people.

You can invite people using their username.

Click Share at the top right of the page.
Type the username and select it from the dropdown.
Select access level to grant from the access menu in the top right (e.g. full access, can share, can edit, can view, no access).
Write an optional message.
Click Send to grant access and send notification.

You can invite people using their email address.

Click Share at the top right of the page.
Type in the email address to invite.
Select access level to grant from the access menu in the top right (e.g. full access, can share, can edit, can view, no access).
Write an optional message.
Click Send to create the invitation and send notification email.

Private Sharing Availability

Private sharing is available on the Explorer Plan and the Villager Plan.

When on the Explorer Plan or the Villager Plan, you can share privately without publishing to the web.

You can invite people using their username.

Click Share at the top right of the page.
Type the username and select it from the dropdown.
Select access level to grant from the access menu in the top right (e.g. full access, can share, can edit, can view).
Write an optional message.
Click Send to grant access and send notification.

You can invite people using their email address.

Click Share at the top right of the page.
Type in the email address to invite.
Select access level to grant from the access menu in the top right (e.g. full access, can share, can edit, can view).
Write an optional message.
Click Send to create the invitation and send notification email.

Private Link Availability

Private links are available on the Villager Plan.

When on the Villager Plan, you can create private links to collaborate with visitors without a need to sign into Mapkeep.

Click Share at the top right of the page.
Click Create private link.
Select access level to grant from the link access menu (e.g. can edit, can view).
To copy the link to the clipboard, click Copy next to the link.
